Ramblings
I don't even know where to start! I am going thru a ruff time but I will make it thru it! I am dealing with chronic pain from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. I have been dealing with it for about 5 years but just got diagnosed about 6 months ago. The only difference now is I know the name of my pain & that there isn't much to do about it. I have found an awesome support group. I am learning alot about it thru alot of good people in there. My husband is starting to help me more now that he is learning about it also. Thank goodness! I really need his support!

I know how frustrating it is to be in PAIN and have little you can do to change it. That's when we just have to keep on truckin' through it and when we aren't in pain, be present in every beautiful moment. That is what will help us get through those dark periods!
